Do we require a deposit?

No deposits are required for booking.  Simply fill out the online booking form. We will reach out with a contract agreement and safety procedures.  Upon delivery of the unit the balance is due.  

What is your cancelation policy?

1. Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather, your booking may have to be cancelled due to safety reasons.
2. Cancellation with 48 Hours Notice: If customers provide a cancellation notice at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled rental, no fee will be charged.
3. Cancellation within 48 Hours: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental, a $50 fee may be applicable.
4. Rescheduling: We understand sometimes plans do not run accordingly, should you need to reschedule simply reach out to us and we are happy to help accomodate your needs.

How do I book a bouncy castle?

What is the rental duration for a bouncy castle?

Our standard rental duration is typically for a 4 hour rental.  However, we also offer flexible rental options to suit your specific needs. Contact us for more details.

Is delivery included in the rental price?

The delivery fee is included in the rental price within our designated service area. Additional charges may apply for locations outside this area.  Please contact to further discuss delivery fees.

What areas do you deliver to?

We offer free delivery within Edmonton. We also service surrounding areas for an additional fee. Contact us for a custom delivery quote if you’re outside Edmonton.

Do you set up and take down the bouncy castle?

Yes! Setup and takedown are included in your rental. Our team ensures everything is securely installed and gives you a quick overview of safety rules before leaving.

What surfaces can the bouncy castle be set up on?

Bouncy castles can be set up on grass, turf, pavement, or indoors. Please let us know the setup surface in advance so we can bring the proper anchoring equipment.

Do you offer power generators?

If your rental location does not have access to power, we offer generator rentals for an additional fee. Just let us know during booking.

Are your bouncy castles safe for children?

Absolutely! The safety of your children is our top priority. Our bouncy castle are made from high-quality materials and undergo regular safety inspections. We also provide safety guidelines and instructions for proper usage.

Do I need to supervise the bouncy castle during the rental period?

Yes, adult supervision is required at all times to ensure the safety of the children using the bouncy castle. We recommend having a responsible adult present to supervise the play and enforce safety rules.

What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my rental?

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. In the event of bad weather conditions such as heavy rain or strong winds, we may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Are there any additional charges or hidden fees?

We strive for transparency, and our pricing is upfront with no hidden fees. The rental price includes delivery, setup, and pickup within our service area. However, additional charges may apply for extended rental periods, delivery outside of our service radius, or specific requests.

Can adults also use the bouncy castle?

While our bouncy castles are primarily designed for children, some larger models can accommodate both children and adults. Please contact us if you would like to find out more.

Do the ball pit balls get cleaned regularly?

Our ball pit balls are a fun addition to the bouncy castle experience.  The balls are cleaned and sanitized after each use.

Do you donate to charity?

Yes! We donate a portion of all proceeds to the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, helping support children’s health in our community.

Is there a discount for leaving a review?
